delivery service

・We provide delivery service to Ugata Station.
-A separate one-way shipping fee of 500 yen will be charged for each vehicle.
・It may not be possible to use the service depending on reservation status and delivery vehicle usage status.
・If you would like delivery, please be sure to let us know when making a reservation.

Notes

・Please be sure to make a reservation in advance.
・Rentals at the reception desk on the day are not available.
・For reservations, please apply by 16:00 the day before.
・If one hour has passed from the start time of use without advance notice, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
・If you have any changes to your reservation time, please be sure to contact us.
・The following height and age restrictions apply to renting each bicycle.
・Electric assist bicycle (gray): 150 cm or more and 5th grade or above
・Junior bike: 130cm or more, 3rd grade elementary school student or above
・Cross bike: 153cm or more, 5th grade or above
・Electric assisted bicycle (sports type): 150cm or more, 5th grade or above of elementary school students
・If you cancel without contacting us on the day of use, 100% of the usage fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
